Backyard Garden Oasis B&B provides tremendous value in the Calistoga, Harbin, and Middletown area with beautiful accommodations, a hearty continental breakfast, and some of the lowest rates for its quality in the area.

Additional Charges
- Rates are for double occupancy
- Children under 2 are free
- Children ages 2–6: $15 per night
- Children over 6 & extra adults: $25 per night
- Limited to one extra person per cottage (Pisces & Virgo)
- Dogs: $25 per dog, per booking cleaning fee
Policies
Check-In
Between 3 pm and 8 pm. Special arrangements can be made for early or late check-in.
Check-Out
By 11 am.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Smoking
Permitted outside the cottages only.
Accessibility
The Aquarius cottage is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.
Dogs
Welcome in Pisces and Aquarius cottages. Dogs may not be left alone without prior approval and must be kept on a leash. You are responsible for any damage.
Deposit & Cancellation
When a reservation is made, one night's stay plus tax will be charged to your credit card. Seven days before arrival, the balance will be charged. These charges are not refundable.
If a reservation is cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay plus tax will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Discounts
Active Military
Always receives a 10% discount. We want to show our appreciation for your service. This rate has been available since the US went to war in 2003.
Workshop Rates
Available for those taking advantage of the excellent teachers at Harbin Hot Springs and in the area. Please call for these rates.
